Building - Residential Renovation

Mold remediation as per the mold assessors report requirements *Building permit, stamped approved plans and specifications, shall be kept together on the premises. Permits and stamped approved plans must be located and visible through a street side window and available for building department use throughout the progress of work. *Licensed personnel under permit (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) *All other contractors to be licensed (mason, carpenter, etc.) *May be further notes on drawings *Must adhere to approved scope of work and to the NYS Licensed Mold Assessors remediation procedures. *Following remediation, retesting must be performed and submitted to the Building Department prior to permit closure *All debris shall be removed properly **CALL FOR ALL INSPECTIONS**
