Existing three car garage to be renovated and legalized/ second floor addition proposed. Finished space above garage to become office and recreation room. No plumbing and not to be used as a rental space. All work must conform to 2025 NYS Building Code May be further notes on drawings Must adhere to approved drawings only All debris shall be removed properly Licensed Electrician to file separate permit Licensed Plumber or HVAC to file separate permit All smoke/carbon detectors to be hardwired interconnected or 10 years sealed battery *Must supply insulation identification card prior to insulation inspection if spray foam is used **CALL FOR ALL INSPECTIONS 914-734-4139** *Must be within zoning setbacks As-Built Survey May Be Required before C.O. can be issued
