Driveway - Residential

Replacement of Existing Driveway as per Planning Department Approval. Removal and Replacement of Existing Walkway and Patio as per Submitted Plans and Documents. ****NOTES**** All work must be done according to submitted and approved plans. All work must be done by licensed and insured contractors. Any digging or excavating must have mark outs and Call 811 must be done. All work sites must be secured at all times with proper barriers, cones, fencing, signs, flag persons to protect pedestrians, roads, sidewalks, and not to obstruct the flow of traffic. All work sites must be secured to prevent any silt or construction debris runoff onto City sidewalks or Streets. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately. Separate road or sidewalk permits may also be needed form DPW. May require a building permit or other permit from the Westchester County Department of Public Works and Transportation. It is the Contractor or Owners responsibility to obtain this permit. Final Inspection is required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
