Installation of Wall Signs, Ground Signs, Sign Panels, Window Decals and Restoration of Fascia and Exterior of Building as per Submitted Plans and Documents. NOTES: All work must adhere to submitted and approved plans. All work must adhere to the Certificate of Appropriateness Issued by the HLPB (Attached) All work must be done by licensed contractors. All work sites must be secured at all times with proper barriers, cones, fencing, signs, flag persons to protect pedestrians, roads, sidewalks, and not to obstruct the flow of traffic. May Require Separate Permits From DPW for any Sidewalk or Street Obstruction. Any and all construction debris must be removed appropriately Final Inspection is required. ****CALL FOR INSPECTIONS****
