Comm Alteration

Alterations to the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center. Scope of alterations shall include reconfiguration of existing interior spaces, accessibility upgrades to four restrooms, installation of a new communicating stair, new operable partitions, and new floor, wall and ceiling finishes throughout the work area. Project scope includes structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm upgrades to support the architectural alterations. Building envelope scope includes the removal of existing fenestration and a portion of the existing east wall to accept the installation of a new storefront system. Site improvements include complete renovation of the existing courtyard located on the east side of the building and the resetting of existing concrete unit pavers on the west side of building.
