Res Renovation or Alteration

Renovation of an existing detached residential garage located on the same property as the main dwelling including upgrading the electrical system and plumbing work, installation of spray foam insulation in wall and ceiling cavities, new sheetrock on walls and ceilings, and finishing of all new surfaces, and installation of a new exterior staircase leading up to the second floor of the garage. The structure will remain an accessory garage.
