(MAC Mech Svc) Install 2-ton Mitsubishi ducted heat pump system in attic serving second floor. Install 3.5-ton Bosch ducted heat pump system with propane backup heat in basement. This system will serve basement and first floor with separate zones. Install gas piping for furnace. Add an energy recovery ventilator removing bathroom exhaust and bringing in fresh air.
