B - POOL (IN-GROUND) - R

(Freedom Pool & Spa) Construction of a new residential in-ground gunite swimming pool and a detached in-ground gunite spa, with an automatic safety cover on each. The pool will be 16' x 28' (448 sq. ft. water surface) and the spa 7' x 7' (49 sq. ft. water surface). Both are located per the attached site plan in compliance with zoning setbacks and lot coverage. All pool construction work will be performed by Freedom Pool & Spa, LLC (SPB. 0000323). Electrical, Bonding, etc will be completed by a license electrician in a separate permit. Prepaid on 26-1250
