(Owner/Applicant) Rough plumbing for half bath with toilet and sink and bar sink in bar area. Hot and cold water lines and drainage piping attached to existing outside septic piping at septic tank. Hot and cold water lines ran from main house to outdoor shed. (2) outdoor spigots, 1 on the north and one on the south side of the building. Gas line from existing outdoor propane tanks to rear of shed for outdoor grill hook up.
