(Rinaldi Bros) In kind roof replacement. approx. 12sq Remove existing roofing materials and inspect roof decking, replacing deteriorated sheathing as needed. Install new GAF Timberline HDZ architectural asphalt shingle roofing system, including ice & water barrier, synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, drip edge, ridge ventilation, pipe boots, and hip/ridge cap shingles. Remove and replace apron/step flashing at roof-to-wall transitions and install new lead chimney flashing. Remove and replace three skylights with new custom skylights and manufacturer-approved flashing kits.
