(Ross Shepherd) Make alterations to existing 1st floor bedroom space. No expansion of footprint. Remove sliding doors and 2 windows...replace and install a new sliding door in one of the existing openings. Frame in other slider and window openings. Install two (2) awning windows in place of one of the removed sliders to create more usable wall space. Add a bathroom in the existing area of the current bedroom. Make alterations to existing covered porch to create an access from the garage to the kitchen (one of the removed sliders accessed the bedroom from the covered porch and that has been blocked off in this plan)
