(North Cove Const) 1) Remodel three season room, re-frame window and door openings to accept new windows to be installed, re-frame floor framing system to bring floor level up to match existing house, install new hardwood floor, install new moldings and trim, install new ductless HVAC split system. Wire new outlets, switches and lighting. 2) Remodel first floor laundry room and half bath. 3) Remodel two second floor full bathrooms. See attached drawings.
