(Wollman Bldg) Building of a second story addition 12x30, which will consist of two bedrooms. An existing bedroom on the second floor will be converted to an office and access to the two new bedrooms will be through the existing bedroom being converted to an office. The space on the first floor under the two new bedrooms will be used as an outdoor coveted patio. We will also be converting the existing sunroom on the first floor into finished living space by installing 3 new windows, one sliding glass door, and insulating the floor and walls. Finally, the whole house will receive roof replacement. We will remove the existing asphalt shingles and install a new GAF Timberline HDZ roofing system to exceed building code.
