Enclose existing covered patio, expand deck, outdoor shower, interior alterations, replace roof and siding, windows. Driveway gates withdrawn from application. Revegetation required per plan prepared by Creative Design Landscapes received by the Village March 31, 2026 and reviewed & approved by B. Hajek April 21, 2026. Revegetated areas to be mulched with leaf litter or pine needles, temporary above ground irrigation permitted for 3 growing seasons.
