4'x75' fixed dock, 14'x30' ramp, 6'x20' float per BOT Resolution dated May 2026, signed by applicant 5/26/2026. Total length of structure is 95'. Decking shall have a minimum 60% open space. No permanent structures shall be placed or constructed on the dock. Lighting is prohibited. Building Inspector to be notified in writing 48 hours prior to the commencement of construction.
