Renovation of existing canopy space and mechanical room - Work includes installation of new domestic hot and cold-water piping in Copper Type L, three, three quarter inch FCU condensate drain lines, and 3 three-inch cast-iron piping for tower drains, overflow, and three floor drains tied to a new sump pump in the GC-provided pit. A new sump discharge line will be routed to the existing sanitary main. Domestic water piping will be extended to one new safety shower/eyewash with mixing valve. See attached drawing.\n
