1st Floor: Remove all existing HVAC & all accessible ducting in basement that serves 1st & 2nd floors Relocate basement HVAC mechanicals to left side of home in place of wet bar 96% Gas fired furnace w/ Heat Pump Condenser Wi-Fi programmable thermostat Fabricate and insulate single zone ducting system Bring adequate conditioned air to 1st floor though floor registers One central return grill Condensable to be pumped to internal drain line within the home Furnace intake and exhaust chimney lines to outdoor by PVC 2nd Floor: Air handler in attic w/ Heat Pump Condenser Wi-Fi programmable thermostat Fabricate and insulate single zone ducting system Attic equipment to have secondary drain pan w/ overflow prevention Drainage to be ran outdoors and will also have emergency switched ez-trap Bring adequate conditioned air to 2nd floor though ceiling registers One central return filter grill (16x24x1 filter size) Condenser/s: 1st floor refrigeration lines & low voltage ran thought basement 2nd floor refrigeration & low voltage to be ran on exterior of home to condenser Exterior piping from 2nd floor ONLY to be covered with Slim Duct plastic protection Provide electrical disconnect and whip Condenser to be mounted on metal stand & plastic pad Location on left exterior side of home Domestic Hot Water Heater: Remove existing electric hot water heater Tankless water heater to relocate to outside wall near new furnace location Extend domestic hot & cold lines to new location Condensable to be pumped to internal drain line within the home Water heater intake and exhaust chimney lines to outdoor by PVC
