Mechanical - Replacement

Remove & dispose of the old 3-ton hydro air handler & 3-ton condenser. Install Ameristar 3-ton 13 SEER condenser & Aspen 3-ton high-efficiency hydro air handler with ECM Motor. Install includes R454b refrigerant, all connections to duct plenums, new condensate pump withe float switch, refrigeration line, equipment pad, whip disconnect, GFI and all electrical connections.
