Trenching and back filling for this project will be done by others. Pull boxes and PVC pipe will be installed by others & inspected by by Town prior to back filling trenches. Pole bases installed by others. Sampson will pull in all high voltage wires to their locations. Sampson will install poles on existing bases. We will add lighting to existing poles in lot/
