Hello my name is Vin Stellato and I am Property Manager from Connecticut Custom Aquatics and KyleMac Properties. I was informed by our tenant (Enova Fitness) and their Architect (Hunter Smith) that the town of North Haven is requiring a 2nd means of egress on our building. I will attach any documentation I have from the Architect with the proposed spot for the 2nd means of egress. This permit will be for any work included with this project.
