Remove existing shingles down to plywood decking. Install new drip and rake edge. Install ice and water 6ft up into heated living space and add plywood seam tape to remainder of decking with synthetic paper. Install new architectural shingles to man. specs. Install ridge vent since home had existing. Replace 12 squares on rear slopes where tree hit roof.
