Renovation

Remove old cabinets and any damaged drywall in the kitchen and bathrooms. Cut an opening in a non load barring wall to make the kitchen feel more open. Remove all carpet throughout the house and replace kitchen floor with hardwood. Install a brand-new kitchen with new cabinets, counters and appliances going back to existing locations. No layout changes, just adding more cabinets in open areas. Remove and replace the front and back exterior doors with the exact same size doors and no structural change. Remove and replace danged drywall in both bathrooms. Install new tile in bathrooms and new tile on bathroom floors in primary and existing master bathroom. Repair any damaged sheetrock throughout the house. Install new vanities and toilets in existing locations with no plumbing changes. Replace broken garage doors. Repair damaged sheetrock in basement bathroom and remove and replace old vanity and toilet. Install drywall in some areas of basement laundry room to make it look cleaner. Install new LVP flooring throughout the basement. Remove old wood burning stove and repair paneling where it was installed. Install new siding on the house.
