Unit 42 - Remove existing shingle roof. Inspect plywood, replace damaged plywood with CDX plywood to existing thickness. Install 6 feet of ice and water membrane at all eaves. Install ice and water membrane at all gables and elevation changes. Install seam tape on all horizontal and vertical seams. Install synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof deck. Install vent pipe boots. Install starter shingles. Install architectural shingles. Cut decking to desired width to Install ridge vent and ridge cap shingles and garage roof.
