Replace 5 windows new construction, & new 5 foot slider install 91x2 (2) lam beams back bedroom for ceiling joyce / install 2x6 joyce hangers with strapping, sheetrock & tape as needed. Bathroom// remove tub & install new shower area tile walls & floor. Garage// install footing support for new garage header (3-14 inch lam beams 18.6 long , install collar ties on rafters in garage, install 2x6 ceiling joyce where missing ,instll 2x6 joyce hangers 7 strapping. Install new 20min fire rated door between garage & house, install fire rated sheetrock on wall between garage & house, install sheetrock & tap rest of garage.
