Roof

Main house, breezeway and garage. Rip and replace roof. 6' Ice & Water. 3' around penetrations. Seam tape as required per code. Synthetic underlayment, on remainder of roof. Aluminum rake and drip edging. Install new GAF shingles. Remove debris once complete. Upper Rear of main house remove rolled roofing, install new 1/2 inch fiberboard and then .060 EPDM commercial grade rubber membrane. Install new white aluminum metal edging around perimeter of dormer.
