We are performing a rebuild from the upper roofline. We will remove the existing structure. We will build with new bricks and mortar. We will replace the upper flue tile sections. We will install new counter flashing at the upper roof line. We use the lead material. We do not use inferior materials such as tin, aluminum and galvanized steel. The upper portion of each piece will be tucked between the bricks as we build. We do not attach the flashing with nails and caulk. We will construct a new cement crown on top of the uppermost layer of bricks. This is a three-hundred and fifty brick rebuild project. We are building the chimney to the existing required height.
