Kitchen and Laundry Room Remodel. Remove existing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and existing appliances. Replace with new. Remove sheetrock/plaster on walls and ceiling in kitchen for new kitchen design as per plan. Remove existing soffits over existing cabinets. Remove tile flooring in kitchen and laundry area only, other areas to remain. Remove any sub-straight (layers) to get to original sub floor. Remove old insulation, supply and install new insulation as per code. Supply and install 1/2 Supply and install duct to exterior of house for new vent hood. Remove all base molding for flooring. Flooring to be replaced with new 2-1/4 red oak flooring. Supply and install new base molding to match existing house. Supply and install casing with new casing to match existing as close as possible where applicable. In laundry, remove existing cabinets. Supply and install wood butcher block style folding countertop. Electrical and Plumbing permits to follow after this permit is open. sheetrock and tape 3 coats of oil based polyurethane.
