Supply and install Carlisle or Elevate (formerly Firestone) membrane roofing system. Remove existing roofing material in sumps and around all roof drains. Taper sumps to slope to roof drains with tapered polyiso insulation. Mechanically fasten sumps to roof decking. Install PVC replacement roof drains in same locations as pre-existing roof drains. Mechanically fasten .060 reinforced black EPDM over existing smooth modified bitumen roofing per manufacturer's spec. Extend membrane over all roof edges per manufacturer's spec. for proper termination. Flash all roof top penetrations with .060 pressure sensitive flashing. Install new pitch boxes and pipe boots for existing penetrations through new roofing. Install new Kynar finish drip edge, fascia and rake edge and strip in with .060 semi-cured cover tape per manufacturer's spec. Install walkway pads at access points to roof and service side of RTU's. All work to be done to insure the issuance of the manufacturer's 15 year no dollar limit labor and material warranty. 7 roof areas. 85,786 square feet.
