BP2026-0433\n\nConditions: \nPlease also see the Wetland conditions to add to the Administrative Wetland Permit:\n1.\tNo activity shall be permitted within wetlands or within the regulated wetland buffer area, except as approved herein.\n2.\tFive days advance notice must be given to the Town Wetland Consultant (914-273-2323) and Building Inspector (914-273-3000) prior to commencement of work.\n3.\tPrior to any land disturbance activities, all sediment and erosion controls shall be installed in the work area to the satisfaction of the satisfaction of the Town Consulting Engineer and/or Building Inspector.\n4.\tAll work shall be performed in accordance with the “Erosion Control Standards”, as set forth in Chapter 340 “Wetlands and Watercourse Protection” and Chapter 267 “Stormwater Management” of the Town Code. The Westchester County Best Management Practices Manual on Construction Related Activities shall be used to provide guidelines for design and implementation of all erosion and sediment control devices.\n5.\tPeriodic site inspections will be conducted by the Town Wetland Consultant to confirm continued compliance with the conditions of this Wetland Permit Approval.\n6.\tAll work covered by this permit is to be completed before June , 2028, unless an extension of this period is requested in writing and granted. (TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE THE PERMIT IS ISSUED).\n
