Building - Add/Alt/ or Repair - Existing Single Family or Townhouse

Repair and restore front porch, including deck, framing, columns, railings, stairs, windows, front door, ceiling. Remove all metal and plastic coverings and restore painted wood. Replace existing railing with balustrade. Install new bulkhead basement door in rear of house. No change to vinyl siding on house at this time. Repair damaged concrete plinth in kind where required. Remove shutters on side and rear, repaint window casings. Application with 2 set of plans- put it in the new bin of James Patterson on 7/20/2026 by AR.
