Water Service Leak Repair/Installation

Replace lead service line at 95 First St Reason: There is a damaging leak on the customer's service line. The customer side material is lead and needs to be replaced to repair the leak completely. The water needs to be shut off at the curb valve which is inoperable and therefore needs to be dug up, replaced, to then successfully operate and shut off the water and replace the customer's service line.
