Install a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump system to provide heating and cooling throughout the home. The second floor will be served by a single zone ducted system. The first floor will consist of a 2-zone ductless system serving the dining room and kitchen, along with a separate single zone ductless system serving the living room. Installation will include a total of three outdoor condensers.
