Obstruction on Sidewalk

Reapplication to replace expired Obstruction Permit OB-25-00544. Maintain approximately 40 linear feet of existing sidewalk shed/scaffolding on the Howe Street side of 8 Whalley Avenue for overhead pedestrian protection, in accordance with the previously approved construction-signing and pedestrian-protection plan. The scope, dimensions, and location are unchanged. A related application has been submitted for the Whalley Avenue frontage, replacing expired Permit OB-25-00543.
