Obstruct Sidewalk

Exterior window cleaning at Rudolph Hall, 180 York Street. Temporary sidewalk obstruction on the Chapel Street frontage, approximately 138 linear ft, using a battery powered scissor lift, Genie GS 4047, 96 in by 47 in, 7185 lb, plus water fed pole equipment. The lift works from the building side of the sidewalk and pedestrian passage is maintained on the same side, curb side, at all times. Minimum clear walkway of 5 ft is maintained per City guidance. Clear widths are 120 in at Zone B, 118 in at each Zone C position, and 95 in at Zone D. Channelizing devices are 42 in cones connected with cone bars at 10 ft on center per the City cone detail. No sidewalk closure, no detour, no roadway closure, no excavation, no alteration of any sidewalk surface. Work Site Plan and Traffic Control Plan attached.
