1) Remove and dispose of (2) existing base mounted system pumps. 2) Provide Armstrong Model 4380 3x3x5 DE-IVS Vertical IN-line Close Coupled Smart Pump Producing 250 GPM @ 40' W/5 HP ECM Premium Efficient 208V 3PH Variable Speed Disconnect Switch, Armstrong Factory Pump Start Up 3) Re configure piping to accommodate new pumps 4) Electrically wire new pumps. 5) Remove and dispose of existing booster pumps 6) Provide and install new Armstrong Model NPS-315020-01D-5 7) Rigging outold and in new 8) Electrical wiring of new pumps 9) Provide (2) Vitocrossal 200 CI2-2000 is a high efficiency gas fired, fully condensing boiler 10) Provide all rigging to locate boilers in basement 11) Provide interconnect of new boiler to existing boiler piping 12) Insulate all supply and return piping. 13) Vent new boilers through existing chimney 14) Electrically wire all new equipment 15) Factory Start up of new boilers. 16) Provide and install a Distech N4 JACE with a rich user interface 17) Integration into the new hot water boilers. 18) The new system pumps shall have monitor status for the new front end graphics. 19) Temperature status of the system loop heating supply and return temperatures 20) One (1) Tedom Micro 35 NG OE ST 60 Hz 21) Inter connect to Crown CT House meter. 22) Engineering, design, supply and installation of Cogeneration We will utilize the existing storage system. This includes all hydronic piping distribution to and from the machine and its interface with building thermal loads. 23) Venting of machine directly through the side wall to the out side. 24) Insulate all hydronic piping to the thermal loads. 25) System startup with factory authorized technicians.
