Install natural gas combi boiler to existing zone valves. Remove and dispose of existing boiler, both oil tanks, and install new equipment. The job will include constructing a plywood wall to mount boiler, re-piping supply and return headers, re-piping domestic hot water piping, Grundfos UPSE circulator, circulator shut off flanges, magnetic hydronic separator, #30 Extrol tank, relief valve, automatic water feeder with backflow preventer, PVC venting, PVC intake piping, condensate neutralizer, condensate pump, gas piping, gas piping connections, thermal disconnect, and electrical connections.
