Water damage to existing electrical wiring at 35 orchard place. Rewire unit per current code. Remove existing damaged wiring and make safe for construction. Disconnect existing wiring from the existing electrical panel. Install new wiring as required throughout the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, hallways, bathroom and basement. Existing electrical panel to remain.
