DEMO AND Rewire previous incorrect electrical work inside second floor apartment. New panel in apartment new circuits for bedrooms 2 SA circuits lighting circuit washer and dryer Bathroom circuit. Rewire entire apartment. will open channels in sheet rock and snake the rest. (This is for the right side of building on second floor homeowner has stated that its 87 fourth st second floor but building department only has 85 listed just want to label this so we can determine which unit we are speaking of)
