Build new platform with Trex composite, build 4 steps with Trex composite and install white PVC railings on the platform and steps to existing front entry porch. Cover 3 columns with PVC and install privacy lattice under the platform. Demo was completed with Permit B-26-01263. The existing stairs to remain in the same location and configuration. CA
