Roofing

Remove the existing roof covering down to the roof deck on approximately 1546 sq ft of roof. Inspect the sheathing and replace damaged decking as required. Apply approved 4-inch seam tape over the roof deck panel joints. Install ice and water barrier at eaves, valleys, walls and penetrations, with synthetic underlayment over the remaining deck. Install drip edge, starter shingles, asphalt shingles, hip and ridge caps, pipe flashing, and required step and wall flashing. Install approved roofing material on low-slope sections and remove all roofing debris. No structural or footprint changes. CA
