Roofing

Complete tear-off and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system, approximately 21 roofing squares (approximately 2,100 square feet). Remove existing shingles and roofing materials and load, haul, and dispose of roofing debris. Install up to 66 sheets of 1/2-inch OSB roof sheathing where needed. Install GAF Charcoal architectural asphalt shingles. Install GAF Pro-Start starter shingles. Install GAF Seal-A-Ridge Charcoal hip and ridge cap. Install approximately 100 linear feet of drip edge, as required by the roof layout. Install 8 pieces of rake-edge material. Install roofing underlayment, approved roofing nails, flashing/accessories normally required for the stated roof replacement, and related installation materials. Perform ordinary jobsite cleanup and remove roofing debris generated by Contractor's work. CA
