Remove and dispose of all perimeter and penetration flashings. Remove and dispose two capped vents and infill with metal decking and polyisocyanurate insulation to match existing roof height to create level surface. Remove roofing and deteriorated metal decking at applicable areas. Install new metal decking and polyisocyanurate insulation to match existing roof height to create level surface. Install a layer of 50 mil PVC membrane over the entire roof area. All seams, laps and transitions will be mechanically fastened. Install new termination bar and/or counter flashing along the top edge of all applicable perimeter and penetration flashings and curbs. Install new membrane and sealants at roof drains. Install new snap-on fascia at all applicable perimeters. Install new PVC Clad Drip Edge at all applicable perimeters. Install new sealants along all applicable areas. Provide a 20-year NDL Manufacturer's warranty. CA
