Repair and replace old foundation with new footings and a new block foundation as needed for 120 linear ft. New footing to be 12" x 20" at 42" inches deep. Maintain Frost concrete to be 3500 psi, see stamped plan. Block wall to have rebar as needed. Any other work will require additional permits.
