Remove existing shingle and roofing accessories to expose sheathing, replace sheathing if needed with like material. apply ice and water barrier to eaves and perimeter of roof and around penetrations and in valleys, apply synthetic deck protector to remaining roof areas, install drip and rake edge, install new flashing and pipe boots, install ridge vent shingle and hip and ridge cap.
