This residential renovation involves interior alterations and structural framing, including changes to a structural wall with the installation of an LVL beam. The scope includes interior demolition, modifying structural wall framing, and basement partition framing. Approximately 22 linear feet of a partial load-bearing wall will be removed, replaced with a new LVL beam/header and necessary bearing supports. Existing framing will be adjusted, and new basement partition walls will be built to create two recreation/family rooms and one storage room, framing for the bathroom and install 8 window in the first floor No exterior additions or changes to the building footprint are planned. All work will follow approved plans, the Connecticut State Building Code, and City of New Haven regulations, with separate trade permits obtained as needed. NO MEPS CA
