Remove existing roofing system to deck replace damaged sheathing as needed per CT State Building Code. Install ice & water shield at eaves, valleys, & penetrations seam tape, synthetic underlayment, & drip edge. Replace step/counter flashing for chimney, pipe boots, and 16sq. Atlas Pinnacle Pristine asphalt shingles with starter, ridge caps/vent. (We are replacing all slopes except the rear lower slope with the skylights) CA
