UNIT 33 Fire damage restoration and interior rehabilitation. Remove damaged materials as needed. Repair damaged subfloor. Install insulation and drywall in damaged wall and ceiling areas. Tape compound sand and finish drywall. Prime and paint walls ceilings and trim. Install interior doors casing and baseboards. Install owner supplied kitchen cabinets. Install bathroom finishes and accessories. Replace damaged windows and glass as needed. No electrical or plumbing work included in this permit. CA
