Roofing

Remove and properly dispose of all existing roofing shingles and related roofing materials as required. Inspect the existing roof deck and replace any damaged or deteriorated decking as necessary. Install new GAF roofing shingles in accordance with GAF manufacturer specifications and applicable building codes. Install required roofing underlayment and ice and water protection at applicable areas. Properly install or replace flashing around roof penetrations, walls, valleys, chimneys, and other required locations. Maintain or provide proper roof ventilation in accordance with applicable code requirements and manufacturer specifications. All roofing components and materials will be installed in a code-compliant manner. All work will comply with the applicable Connecticut State Building Code, City of New Haven requirements, manufacturer specifications, permit requirements, and required inspections. CA
