Perform a kitchen renovation to the Berkeley College - South - HOK Kitchen, located at 205 Elm Street. Project is on the corner or Rose Walk and Alexander Walk. Work to consist of new cabinets, flooring, painting and lighting. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection costs are not included in this permit as the trades will pull and pay for these permits separately. Maintain all required fire separations. Reviewed for code compliance as per Sects. 107.3.1 and 105.4 CSBC. C/A.
