Temporary Tents - C

The Closer To Free Ride is a charity cycling event benefitting Yale New Haven Health and Smilow Cancer Hospital. Our main event site is located at the Yale Bowl, 81 Central Ave, and this is where participants will come on Friday 9/18/26 between 11am-7pm to pick up their rider packets and then return to for event day on Saturday 9/19/26.We have tents built by our vendor Abbey Tent on Wednesday 9/16/26 and will be completed and ready for inspection by end of that day- so we can be approved and ready to open on Friday. We'll have a total of (3) 20'x40' tents (4, 5, 6 on map) with flooring and two of those tents (4, 5) will get fully walled with doors and air conditioning.
